David Combs is the Senior Operations Manager for the Food & Environment Program Campaign Manager at the Union of Concerned Scientists. Prior to joining the Food & Environment Program, David served as the Campaign Manager in the Global Security Program at UCS. He received a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a Master of Public Administration from Roosevelt University, and a BA from Columbia College Chicago.
